Claims Policy

Rambula.cz Claims Policy

Since we have been in the business for more than 10 years we know what remanufacturing a baby stroller entails and we have very few complaints. However, if there is any defect in the goods, we try our best to accommodate you.

We recommend that you contact us first at info@rambula.cz or by phone +420 605 953 810 (during our business hours) - this is usually the fastest way to resolve your complaint.

The period of time when the goods can be claimed is 24 months from the handover of the goods. However, this does not apply in the case of second-hand goods, for which you can claim defective performance rights within 12 months of receipt of the goods. Whether the goods are used is stated on our e-shop or you have been told by the seller in our shop.

CLAIM PROCEDURE

If you do not decide to contact us first at the above-mentioned e-mail address or call our telephone number (recommended), please fill in the complaint form, which is an attachment to this complaint procedure and which contains all important information necessary for the smooth handling of the complaint.

  • Describe the defect in as much detail as possible.

Please also include your bank account number on the form in case the claim is accepted and the defect is irreparable or the goods are no longer available.

  • Print and sign the completed form.

Place the form in the parcel that will contain the goods claimed. We recommend that you include a copy of the invoice with the claim form. This will speed up communication considerably.

  • Send the package with the goods claimed, the claim form and ideally a copy of the invoice to our address:

Rambula.cz s.r.o.

Mělnická Vrutice 77

277 31 - Velký Borek

Czech Republic

The package may not be sent via cash on delivery method; in this case the seller is not obliged to collect the package.

We will inform you of the outcome of the complaint procedure within the statutory period.

NOTICE: Legal grounds for rejecting a claim include, but are not limited to, wear and tear caused by normal use, defects caused by unprofessional or careless handling, use of the product contrary to its purpose, mechanical damage, careless, excessive or unprofessional handling, force majeure (e.g. fire or water), etc.
